CNC Programmer/Machinist

What You'll Do:

  • Set up and program CNC machines (Lathes or Mills) using GibbsCAM software
  • Read and interpret blueprints and part specifications
  • Perform multiple short-run setups and produce tight tolerance parts daily
  • Monitor and inspect your own work for accuracy and quality
  • Adjust and troubleshoot machine operations to maintain peak performance
  • Maintain and replace cutting tools to ensure machines run smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proficiency in CNC programming, setup, and operation
  • Experience with precision measuring instruments
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve
  • Strong understanding of machine speeds, feeds, and cutting tool adjustments
  • Experience with GibbsCAM software (a plus!)
  • Additional machine experience? Even better!

Qualifications:

  • Vocational education in a Machine Tool Program + 1 year experience, or
  • 3+ years of hands-on CNC machining experience
